Tour Booking Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, the following conditions apply to all tours program operated by Skyline Travel Pte Ltd, herein after referred to as the "The company". The purchase of any tour program offered by the company, constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and the company, and represents your acceptance of the company Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following policies upon booking.

Reservation, Payment of Deposit and Tour Fare

  • The company requires the deposit of certain amount which is specified case by case basis for booking made at least 15 days before departure. The Balance payment must be made 7 days prior to your departure. If booking is made 7 days or less / or prior to departure, full payment must be made upon booking. 
  • Payment of deposit and full payment do not constitute confirmation of the tour. The company will inform the tour status 14 dyas before departure. 
  • All tour fares for the respective tour packages are correct at the time of reservation. The company reserves the right to revise the tour fares and to detrmine the date for commencement of such revised tour fares. All taxes and fuel charges are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any surcharge due to the airline, the company will collect the difference even after full payment is made, before or after full payment is made before or after the departure. 

Cancellation of Bookings and Refunds

  • You may cancel your bookings at any time. However, all cancellations must be in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. After the cancellation is confirmed, the cancellation charges will be required by the company accordingly:
    • 14 - 21 days: -25% of the tour fare;
    • less than 14days: -50%;
    • less than 7 days:-75%;
    • less than 3 days:-100%
  • For cruise booking, the cancellation charges will be based on the Cruise Company's Terms & Conditions. For partial unused services will be non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. 
  • Should there be a refund due to you for any reason, the refund will take approximately 7 working days to process. All special fares and promotional tickets including taxes are non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable. 

Travel Documents

  • It is the passengers' responsibility that all entry visa requirements and passports or valid at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of the tour with sufficient blank pages for immigration purpose.
  • The company shall not be held responsible to you as a result of refusal of entry by immigration or customs authorities of any country.  

Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • Our company will not be responsible or liable for damages, accidents, loss, thefts, delays, refunds, natrual disasters, government actions, strikets, etc and other circumstances beyond our control. This must apply to local government and transportation laws and regulations. 

Travel Insurance

  • Passengers are strongly advised to buy travel insurance for your trip. 

Complaints and Claims

  • Any complaint and / or claim shall be submitted in writing within 14 days from the date of return to Singapore for our company's investigation. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint an / or claim not so made.
  • Any dispute shall be goverened by the laws of Singapore.
